These terms are an agreement between you and Mentis Vision LLC, which operates Seisaku Studio. By creating an account you agree to them.
You keep all ownership of the recordings you upload and everything produced from them. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you: to store your files, process them through the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and publish to accounts you connect when you ask us to. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not license it to anyone else.
Transcripts, summaries, captions and written assets are produced by automated systems, including Google's Gemini models. They can be wrong, incomplete, or misrepresent what was said. You are the publisher of anything you post, and you are responsible for checking it first. We make no warranty about accuracy, and we do not guarantee that generated output is original or free of third-party rights.
Publishing happens only when you initiate it. Once content reaches a third-party platform it is governed by that platform's terms, and we cannot retract it — you must remove it there. We are not responsible for a platform rejecting, removing or restricting your content, or for changes to their APIs that interrupt publishing.
Do not use the service to produce or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or that impersonates another person; to attempt to breach our security or another user's account; or to circumvent the rate limits and quotas that keep the service available to everyone.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third-party APIs that may change or fail. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Paid plans, if applicable to your account, are billed in advance and stated at the point of purchase. Usage-based limits are disclosed with the plan. We will give notice before changing prices.
You may close your account at any time; see the deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless doing so is unlawful.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue or data; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your own country.
